The importance of job interview
As we all know ,more and more students graduate from school while the jobs provided by the society are limited. As a consequence,the employment condition in China now is rather serious!
As to the employers,it is of great difficulty to select an ideal employee to work for them and the job interview is an effective way.Also,the employees should do well in the job interview to get the job.Therefore,the job interview is of great importance to both employees and employers.
To my mind ,what we should to achieve success in the job interview are as follows .First,we should be prepared for the job interview.For exemple ,we may search some information about the potential job to be familiar with the position we have applied for.In addition ,we should pay attention to some details as what we wear,the way we talk and how we behave in the interview day!
