TERMS, CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURES FOR APPLICATION AND ACCEPTANCE
You are invited to apply and subscribe for the New Shares at the Issue Price for each New Share subject
to the following terms and conditions:
1. YOUR APPLICATION MUST BE MADE IN LOTS OF 1,000 NEW SHARES OR INTEGRAL
MULTIPLES THEREOF. YOUR APPLICATION FOR ANY OTHER NUMBER OF NEW SHARES
WILL BE REJECTED.
2. Your application for Offer Shares may be made by way of printed Offer Shares Application Forms
or by way of Electronic Applications through ATMs of the Participating Banks (“ATM Offer Shares
Applications”) or through Internet Banking (“IB”) websites of the relevant Participating Banks
(“Internet Offer Shares Applications” which, together with ATM Offer Shares Applications, shall be
referred to as “Electronic Offer Shares Applications”).
Your application for the Placement Shares may only be made by way of Placement Shares
Application Forms.
YOU MAY NOT USE CPF FUNDS TO APPLY FOR THE NEW SHARES.
