The second half of the movie is about a paradoxical deconstruction of Judy Barton. After accounting for Scottie's depression, Hitchcock has let him encounter Judy, with her disguise unravelled. Scottie is pretty straightforward about his reasons for getting acquainted with her. Naturally, Judy denies any connection she has with Madeline. After Scottie has left, Hitchcock has used a brief monologue and a few flashback scenes to reveal the murder plot taken place in the first half of the movie. Although it's risk taking, Judy desires to be with Scottie, because she believes that Scottie will fall in love with the real her.

The lower half, the focus of the film turned Judy. After complete account Scotty depression, Hitchcock let him remove the mask and Judy encounter in the street. Scotty straightforward and Judy show that they want to interact reason, Judy naturally denies there is any link between himself and Madeleine. After Scotty left, Judy Hitchcock monologue and with only a handful of flashbacks, explained to the audience in the second half of the movie plot truth.
