求一封英文的辞职信，

辞职原因是在公司干了3年多，工资不涨，还没有半点福利，工资还没有准时发过，最生气的是因为工资是中介代发的还要扣掉我们5百的服务费。急求大神指点。

　　你的用人单位是啥？即你是与谁订立的劳动合同，你没有细说，讲讲看。辞职信可以按照《劳动法》第31条、《劳动合同法》第37条的具体规定内容来书写，其中辞职理由就是3年没有涨工资。
　　第31条　劳动者解除劳动合同，应当提前30日以书面形式通知用人单位。
　　第37条　劳动者提前30日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前3日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
