Everybody wants to be healthy and strong. A good eating habit is very important. If we have a good diet, we will be a healthy man. Now let me tell you something about "How to have a healthy diet".
First,we should not too much fat, salt and sugar,but we need some fish, chicken and diary, just like yogurt, eggs and milk. Next we need plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables too. Then we must have a lot of rice, noddles and bread.
But sometimes we eat some unhealthy food. We can like these unhealthy, but we mustn't eat too much them, they're harmful to our body.
A healthy diet likes a pyramid. It tells us what we must eat a lot and what we mustn't eat eat a lot.A good eating habit can make us fit and happy all day.
