Tony is on the swim team.He is a good swimmer.He swims all year. He is at the pool at six o'clock every morning and swims for ninety minutes.
He said,"Before you swim,you must prepare your body for swimming,you stretch because this will keep you from getting hurt while you are swimming. You should eat foods like fruit,chicken and bread to stay healthy. You shouldn't eat a lot of sweets.When you don't take care of yourself, you sometimes get sick. You get an earache or a cole."
