首先写日期，然后写起床、洗漱、早饭时间，然后写一天做了什么，最后写几点上床睡觉。

Today is Sunday.I usually get up at7:00.

七点十分刷牙洗澡。

Then around 7:30 to eat breakfast.

Go out at 7:50 and played basketball with friends.
