4月25日通过韩国的XYZ公司订购了XXX
但是到现在我们还没有收到货物，所以价值USD 100,000的设备都无法出库。
我们因为贵公司真的受了很大损失。
如果不是贵公司多次谎称说已装船，我们也有充足的时间换购其它商家的产品。
即便如此，我们还是相信了贵公司，所以现在很后悔。
今天竟然又收到装船的通知，您不觉得这样做生意真的让人无法理解吗？
对此我到很想听听贵公司的答复。

On April 25,we reserved XXX from the korean company XYZ ,but until now,we haven't received the products,so we cannot release equipments worthing 100,000 US dollors.
We suffered a great loss because of your company.
If it were not for your lies that products have been loaded,we would have enough time to turn to other company's products.
Even so ,we believed in your company,which makes us rather regretful now.
What's more rediculous,today we received the notice to load products to the ship again! Don't you think it is incomprehensible to do business like this?
