,1 . ) 想出一封英文的解雇信, 简单的, 不用写原因, 一个月通知期, 要他做到 9 月 2 日, 那应该点写 ?
这样写可以吗 ?
We regret to inform you that your employment with abc pany ( 我的公司名 ) shall be terminated on 2nd Sep. 2009. Although we regret the situation, this act is pulsory.
如果真系抱歉迫不得已要裁员，用'terminated' 和'pulsory'是较强硬的字眼不太好，可以用其它较中性的字'finish' 和'necessary'代替。
我改一改写较易接受的字句：
We have to inform you that your employment with this pany will have to finish in one month on Sept 2, 2009.
We wish to tell you that it has been a difficult decision for us to take this regrettable but necessary action.

(a) awaiting your reply 是对的 。
如用for则写waiting for your reply，意思一样。

(b) 期待你的回复 ...
我会写 Looking forward to receiving your reply，或者I look forward to receiving your reply.
'response'是反应，可以有不同形式，不一定是回复，所以不用。

(c) 想讲今日收到你们的付款 , 讲 We received your payment today.这样写是可以的。
