这道题选A，这种非谓的题怎么判断？？恩，还有，这道题measure为什么不被动啊，窗子不应该是”被测量“的吗？？

A.it;that B.that;that C.that;which D.it;where
这道题选A，帮忙分析下第二个空，也就是说，”pollutes the river“是不是修饰前面的”the factory“？如果是的话，为什么用that而不用where？？

1. 这是with 的众多结构之一，with + ed 。比如 with the window closed。

2. 这个疑问句 分开来看，前面的is it……that 换成陈述句就是it is …… that ,也就是 It is the factory （that you think ）offers to help improve the local environment that pollutes the river。括号中的 that you think 是插入语。

后一个空的that 是一个定语从句中的that，这句话简略下来就是Is it the factory that pollutes the river？我省略了句中修饰语。是工厂污染了河流，所以用that 啊。

把这个句子拆成两句就是 Is it the factory？ The fctory pollutes the river。定语从句用that 来代替了the factory。

第一题是省略了be动词吧，在某些时候，被动句中的be动词是可以省略的，高中会教到的。

这题很经典的……我至少错了三次= =（很丢脸）
