it is/was+被强调部分+that ，强调句。

3.D.It is
it is+一段时间+一般过去时，句型。

4. A.where
这是定语从句，先行词是schools，关系副词where，关系副词在从句中做地点状语，故用where。

5.A.which
which引导非限定性定语从句，修饰前面整个句子
