第7题怎么解释,我作业本上答案是错的,他竟然是were written!但这个到底是被动还是？

4.B.while有“虽然”的意思，虽然我们承认NMET仍然存在问题，但并不是说它就完全没用了。
5.B.had made做动词短语，后面需要一个表示工作的名词。
6.D.前面有are required to，这是一个并列结构，需保持短语构成和时态的一致，所以是be required to do and not to do
