尚未安装Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 Redistributable,原因是安装时发生严重错误

win8.1专业版操作系统，我需要安装诺基亚套件提示要按照这个运行库，但安装失败，如图

我是64位的，但是64可以安装32位，我的卸载列表里就有很多32位的，并且这是安装软件时提示里提供的下载链接

我是32XP忠实追随者,没用过64,对这个没有发言权,但是64装32,很有可能发生兼容性问题
