“我没有离开过候机室!也没有广播通知我登机!”潘先生非常愤怒地说到,航空公司没有做到对乘客的告知义务,更粗心到把他归入已经登机的乘客之列
潘先生拿出一张机场“头等舱服务记录”照片,上面显示:12月2日,通往深圳的CZ3458次航班乘客于9时47分进入候机室,11时24分登机。
人不在,为何信息却显示已经登机? 潘先生联系到南航在双流机场的工作处,工作人员告诉记者,销售显示本次航班只有这一位头等舱旅客,南航已把头等舱候机服务全部代理给双流机场,在接到旅客的投诉之后,南航也立即向机场要说法,但是到底是哪个环节出了差错,还要等待机场方面的调查结果。 展开
