第8题应该是A. The owners want to save money， “The traditional explanation for their cruelty... but IN REALITY, it's all about cutting costs”
第10题应该是A. Changing people's beliefs Because although the passage talks about the ineffective laws, the passage writes that "the only way is to change people's perceptions of dogs and the value of their lives."
第11题应该是D. worried. The author is not optimistic!! He writes "hopefully for the last time, but that is UNLIKELY"
(I got a 1510/ 1600 on the new SAT, and I have lived in Canada for a 5 years before coming back to China. But I'm still a student though.)
