因为8080端口被占用,你必须更改它 步骤如下 运行cmd;输入sqlplus / as sysdba 如果连接成功则直接运行以下命令,如果无法连接建议重装,也别去找其他方法,浪费时间,安装完即可更改端口: 输入exec dbms_xdb.sethttpport(8087); 其中8087为更改后的端口,一切OK 将 http://127.0.0.1:8080/apex改为 http://127.0.0.1:8087/apex则正常登陆 参看与:"(US).
