Spring+HIbernate项目部署在weblogic中启动异常

新建一个web项目部署在weblogic可以正常运行，但把在tomcat中运行正常的项目换到Weblogic中运行出现如下异常：

在tomcat中可以运行的，在weblogic中就报错：

你给出的错误不是很全面，不太好分析
但你个建议，可以使用weblogic命令形式发布应用或者使用ANT工具，这样会跳过一些自动加载的项
weblogic一直认为tomcat不是一个完全遵循J2EE标准的中间件，所以它们之间不同之处还是很多的

看情况猜测是class版本兼容问题。
tomcat、weblogic的版本各是多少？源代码是用JDK的哪个版本编译的？
