The vast distinction between the names from the west and the east are as follows:
The east family name is stated first and follows by their first name whereas the west, the first name is stated first and follow by the last name. More importantly, it is very important to follow the lineage of the family root hence, the east would have their family since day one and they can trace their ancesor way up to thousands of year as they carry the same family name. It is rather impossible for the west to trace back using the same family name. It is because of the eastern folks i.e.Chinese culture and tradition
