高手帮我想一下这篇英语漫画作文怎么写。多谢~！

有三幅漫画，大意讲的是一个妇女被车撞伤了，路过的一个男子好心将她背到了医院救治，等女子被救醒后，却说那个救她的男子就是撞伤她的人。

就是这么个故事，用第一人称，想象自己是那个救人的男子，以日记格式，用英语叙述完整后再谈谈自己的感受。。高手帮帮忙吧。高中水平就可以。谢谢~！

Today is unforgetable to me.Not because its wonderfulness,but its unbelievement.
When I was on my way to work, I saw a woman on a bike was knocked by a car.Then I hurried to rush there only to see the woman passed out,even worse the troubermaker ran away.So I took the woman to the hospital without consideration.
After a few minutes,the woman awoke.I was so happy to see that she was out of danger.But things came worse.She grippde my arm and shouted,he was the troublemaker.I was dizzy at that moment.I don't know how to explain,but in no word.
After that,I went to my company,only to see my boss' blue face.
Now I was upset,I didn't know to help others will make myself into trouble.Shall I help others from now on?
