the fighting stance
the fighting stance is the base position from where the boxer can move and throw all punches with balance and ease. it is the position that the boxer should strive to keep at all times .

the weight shoulder be almost evenly distributed between the front foot (45%) and rear foot (55%) . the COG (Center of Gravity) should be straight down between the legs . An easy way to check the boxers balance is push the boxer on the shoulder left/right/back and front .if the boxer has assumed the correct fighting stance he will be able to keep the balance when pushed . 展开
