您好，是在通话过程中遮挡屏幕上方导致黑屏吗？如果是通话过程中出现此现象的话属于正常现象哦。手机屏幕顶端是有个光线/距离感应器的哈，如果您在通话过程中不小心遮挡距离感应器的话手机会自动黑屏，这是为了防止您在接听电话途中误碰到其他按钮。如果您不想使用这个功能的话也是可以关闭的哦。关闭方法如下，首先打开手机找到设置图标并点击图标进入设置页面，然后再找到辅助功能，选择关闭防误触功能，就可以关闭此功能了。

通话时黑屏，是由于距离感应器起作用，通话时靠近人脸会熄屏，离开时会亮屏，主要是防止接打电话时人脸误碰挂断电话，是正常现象。此功能无法关闭，但免提时遮住感应器不会熄灭。
另外接听微信/QQ语音电话后默认为听筒模式，如果遮挡传感器也会熄屏，可以在接听后将微信/QQ语音电话调为扬声器模式解决。
