should be cultrue, but if u ready do wanna have some foreign friends,u need get on facebook or Aim, MSN, to make friend in there, its maybe hard to find a foreign friend in chinese website, for example if u were American would u get on chinese website? thats just a opinion tho, there are the website i can share with u, but u need find some way to get on there~~~

the facebook prob the best one, because ppl put information on there, and its very fames in North America, i am Chinese too, i been living in united states for almost 6 years, so i am still learning, its easy for u, when u living in other country and learn their culture~~~
