The 2010 FIFA World Cup is the 19th FIFA World Cup, an international tournament for football, that was scheduled to take place between 11 June and 11 July 2010 in South Africa. There were 32 teams took part in this time.It was the first time that the tournament had been hosted by a nation in the Confederation of African Football, leaving the Oceania Football Confederation as the only FIFA Confederation never to have hosted the event.

My favorite football team ie Brazil.I support Brazil very much.And my favorite footballer is Kaka in Brazil because he is not only very brave but also very powerful.He is very handsome when he scored.His football spirit touched me a lot.

I will watch World Cup with my father during my summer vacation.Ithink it will be very exciting and interesting.I am sure that I will have a good time!

Last summer vacation,my family and I went to Qingdao by train.There was always sunshine and fresh air,which made us so comfortable.We went to the seaside,the sea was as blue as the sky,and bathing in the sunshine on the beach, was really an enjoyable thing.I also picked up a lot of colorful shells with my little sister.There we bought many interesting souvenirs,I was planing to send them to my friends.We ate many tings there,such as fish,prawn,and so on.They are very delicious.Then we lived in a clean and tidy hotel,and the price was not so expensive.I like Qingdao very much,and if I got a chance,I hope to come here again,it is such a beautiful and interesting place.

3.LEARNINGING ENGLISH INFLUNCES MY FUTURE

When I was a college studet several years ago,I liked to improve my English level in various ways. I went to English corner to practice my oral English and to buy English newspaper to improve my reading skills and so on. In a certain sense,learning English is my hobby.

In the early time,I graduated from Chang’an University,I worked in a architecture company.I was so busy that I almost have no time to learn English.I often feel empty at that time,so I spared some time to recite some English words.

I believe that the quantity of English words masterd by a man is a symbol which can devide a man’s English level.

Because I have kept on studying English ,in 2002 I passed the entrance test of postgraduate .From then on I believe my fate will be changed by the very language.

4.City and Country Life
Life in the city is very different from life in the villages and on the farms. People in large cities are much more careful to respect the privacy of the individual. Sometimes this feeling seems to be one of indifference, but it is a convention of city life to curb one's curiosity about the personal affairs of strangers. Villagers and farmers are likely to show a great deal of interest in all their neighbors. Opportunities for bright young people are greater in the cities and there has been a steady stream of hopeful jobseekers from the villages and farms to the large metropolitan areas.

5.Animals Need Protecting
Animals are natural resources that people have wasted all through our history. Animals have been killed for their fur and feathers, for food, for sport, and simply because they were in the way. Thousands of kinds of animals have disappeared from the earth forever. Hundreds more are on the danger list today. About 170 kinds in the United States aloneare considered in danger.
Why should people care? Because we need animals, and because once they are gone, there will never be any more.Animals are more than just beautiful or interesting. They are more than just a source of food. Every animal has its place in the balance of nature. Destroying one kind of animal can create many problems. For example, when farmers killed large numbers of hawks, the farmers' stores of corn and grain were destroyed by rats and mice. Why? Because hawks eat rats and mice, with no hawks to keep down their numbers, the rats and mice multiplied quickly.
Luckily, some people are working to help save the animals. Some groups raise money to let people know about the problem. And they try to get the governments to pass laws protecting animals in danger. Quite a few countries have passed laws. These laws forbid the killing of any animal or planton the danger list. Slowly, the number of some animals in danger is growing.
