第二题，选D，虽然有疤痕，但是不管怎么说，还是个帅小伙
第三题，选A，hold，表示举办，接in，所以用了A，是定语从句
第四题，选C，还是考定语从句，因为有逗号，可以先不看那个不惊讶，就是which was。。。。
