早上的时候，我有点咳嗽。然后，我感觉我头疼。接着，我觉得有点不对劲，就量了量温度，结果原来是我发烧了。于是，我赶快去医院，到了医生的身旁，医生问我的情况时，我不小心打了个喷嚏。。后来我住院了一段时就痊愈了。 帮忙把这段话翻译成英文，谢了 ！可以简略，但是咳嗽，头疼，发烧，量温度计呵打喷嚏绝对不能省略。
