电脑开机时出现蓝屏，并且出现以下提示信息，请电脑高手帮帮我，告诉我这是怎麽回事，怎麽解决？？
a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent to your computer .
if this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen ,restart your computer.If this screen appears again ,follow these steps:
check to be sure you have adequate disk space.If a driver is identified in the stop message ,disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video adapters.
check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options suck as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components,restart your computer,press F8 to select Advanced startup Options, and then select safe Mode.

可以排除是内存和显卡啲问题，在安全模式下可以正常进入。就是不知道有时为甚麽会这样，有时又很正常可以进入。对了，还有就是有时进系统时会提示：<Windows root>\system32\ntoskrn1.exe 以上文件丢失或损坏，Windows无法启动甚麽啲...重启又可以进去了，晕死>_<
