英文学校请假信

原因:
8月23日我会坐飞回香港至到9月28日,所以我不能上学。请假从8月30-9月28日。还有不能在23号那天报名。
这是写给校长的。

希望大家可以帮帮忙，把格式啊，还有语句委婉些。

I m sorry to say that I can t go to school from August thirtieth to September twenty _ eighth .Because I will fly to Hong Kong on August twenty_third and come back on September twenty _ eighth . So I can t go to school during these days .
