我们这一代（our generation）独生子女（single child），经济实力弱(可以说，don't have much money之类的，还可以说薪酬（wage）低、就业（employment market）压力大)，负担（burden）太重，老人（the aged people）和小孩儿(children)得不到很好的照顾;

老婆不得不扛起（be responsible for）照顾老人小孩儿又拼命工作的责任，因为如果放弃工作(quit the job)压力会更大。

想法：老龄化带来的问题很严峻（rapidly aging population has contributed to the shortage of working-age people.）；支持二胎政策（Two-child policy）。
