I had worked as a customer service manager for 3 years since last 2 weeks when I quited that post because of my family.I need to take care of my new born child and my wife so I want to find a new company near my home.
Please let me indicate my view about this job.Firstly,as a customer service staff,we should master the knowledge of our products well.Second,we should keep the "customer-orientated" concept in our mind everytime and solve the customer's question and meet their requirements with great patience and professional knowledge.Third,as a manager,we should know the management knowledge and communication skills.

My name is Tom White and I'm writing this mail for the job as a customer service manager.
I saw your advertisement of seeking for a service manager posted on the paer of February 1st. I think I'm quiet a qualified person. It's obvious that a wonderful personality is necessary for it and I happened to be a man with good patience and a great skill of communication and all of my friends like my character. I'm also a team-worker and very fond of working with other people.
Moreover, I also have the related working experience of this job. I worked as an intern in my uncle's company as an assistant of the service manager. It's a pleasant experience for me, because I've leaned a lot from that such as how to communicate with other people and how to deal with some emergency, etc. I believe that this intern experience will be very helpful for the job as a customer service manager.
