Last night, Xiao Qiang stayed up late for playing the computer games. He was focusing on his games so he did not go to bed as early as usual. He kept on playing it until midnight. Therefore, Xiao Qiang could not wake up in the next morning. He felt sick and had a very bad headache. He told his mother that he probably got a fever. Later, Xiao Qiang's mother decided to take him to a clinic and visit the doctor. The doctor checked Xiao Qiang's body temperature. He asked Xiao Qiang several questions and wanted to find out why he was sick. After the investigation, the doctor told them that Xiao Qiang's illness was nothing serious and they had no need to worry about it. He was not feeling well just becasue he did not have enough sleep. The doctor gave Xiao Qiang some medicine and asked him to take good care of his health.

After that, Xiao Qiang has learnt a lesson. He understands the importance of having a healthy body. He goes exercise regularly and sleep earlier than before. Now, he will not get sick easily and he is happy about that.

His name is Xiaoqiang,he often stays up to play comput games.One day he felt terrible ,because he had a headache and a fever .His mother worried about it,so she take Xiaoqiang to see a doctor.
The doctor told him is nothing serious,and he should took some medicine last night.
From then on Xiaoqiang never stays up and he start do more exercise.So he get healthy.
