Food is important for us,because it can benefit to our health. it's importance can be explained as follows: firstly, it provides us with nutrition ,such as , Carbohydrate, Fat, Protein,Vitamin,and so on. These nutritious food could build our body more stronger.secondly.it gives us so much energy that we can take all kinds of activities.Finally, the food can be good for our heart health,because when we are eatting them, we are enjoying them, the food can light up our spirit. All in all,without food ,we can't live.
