如果顾客刚走进来，就是Welcome Sir/Madam。

如果已光顾， 就是 Thanks for coming,(Thank you for coming 比较正式写） 

别忘了加一句 do come again 或 please come again. 谢谢光临，请再光顾。

如果是开店，（欢迎）请再光临，一般不用visit。有些店说，welcome back again 欢迎再次光临，其实这是错句。也不说welcome back，因为那时再次见到人家的时候说的。
