3.specially written multi-purpose texts.这个句子中specially written 是不是一定要用specially，而不能special.原因是不能2个形容词一起用？

2. as and when 可以联系在一起看, as they occur 是在发生时 (现在式),when they occur 是当发生时 (将来式), 所以 as and when 连在一起时, 就包括了两个时态.

3. written 在这里是形容词,specially 是副词用来形容written
如果要用special来表达的话,可以改成 special texts written for multiple purposes
