每个人的记忆力不同，遗忘性也不同，英语单词记下来又忘记很正常，所以我们要温故而知新，要不停的看，不停的背，最好能够找到适合自己的方法，如分类记忆，做到词不离句，句不离文，不要把单词单独的剥离开来记忆。

1、先一句一句的背。

把每句话表上一个序号，下一段重新从1开始标序号。每段课文大概10句左右，先读第一句，然后尝试背，不行再读，再背。直到能背下来为止。然后开始背第二句。如果这句话没有生词，句型也是你熟悉的，那么不困难。如果有生词或者句式不熟悉，背起来就比较困难，但这才是背诵的价值。比如下面这段话，就有13句，其中可能比较难的是第7句。

2、再一段一段的背。

背诵之前，你需要把这段课文中句子之间的联系先搞清楚。比如上面这段话，可以分为三个小段。

1-4句，大意：我们对昆虫的态度（害怕、开战），以及昆虫对我们的态度（污染食物、传播疾病、毁坏庄稼、叮咬、进屋、撞窗子、...）。
5-9句，大意：对昆虫的反感和恐惧。
10-13句，大意：对昆虫的着迷。
这样分了小段之后，再逐个小段来背。背完之后，再把三小段连接起来。

3、背诵整篇文章。

如果每个段落都能背下来，背诵整篇文章就不难了。但是如果熟悉程度不够，可能背诵的时候不流利。因此，在“能背下来，但不流利”这个基础上，还要多读，争取把每句话都读顺，每个词的发音都读对，尽量争取模仿语调。然后录音，然后自己听录音，对照原文录音找毛病，然后自己纠正。

4、复习加强。

同样的课文，第二天再背一遍，第四天再背一遍，第八天再背一遍，...
