请问Simpled Organogram structure, intermediate and complex structure companies 和nominee companies都怎么翻译呢？？？

再麻烦大家解释一下这几种公司的差别行么？？？

(1) "Simple Organogram(me) structure" [of a company] =简单(的公司)组织结构图;

(2) intermediate structure companies =结构中级型的公司

(3) complex structure companies = 结构复杂型的公司

(3)nominee companies [A company formed to hold securities and other assets in its name or to provide nominee directors and/or officers on behalf of clients of its parent bank or trust company] = 受委人公司.

注:
(a) "simpled" 应该是 "simple"; <形容词>不能变过去式的.动词是 "simplify"; 过去式是 "simplified".
(b) Organogram美=可写为 organogramme (英); organization chart (英).
(c) 代理人公司 = agent company ?
