我想说一下关于会议室里的音响问题，因为在很多时候，我们去问客人对我们的服务有什么意见时，很多客人会反映我们的音响有很大的问题。声音很闷，而且已经不符合星级酒店的标准了。。。虽然我们会去和客人解释，但客人认为你们是四季。。你们是顶级酒店。。就应该提供最好的服务 最好的设备，所以很多时候我们也很为难！

您也知道 我们那套设备用了8年了，时间太长了 维修已经没用了！

I would like to say something about the problem of the stero in the meeting room. The reason why I want to point out that problem is that when we ask some advice for our service from customers, they often tell us there are big problems with the stero. They think the sound is very muffled, which cannot meet the standard of a star-level hotel. Although we try to explain to them, they would still think as you are Four Seasons, a top level hotel, you ought to provide us with the best service and equipment. So sometimes we also feel very embarrassed. You know, we have used that equipment for 8 years. After so many years using, it cannot be repaired well!

I want to talk about something with loudspeakers.When I asked our customers if they got some advices on our services, mostly, they said that there is a big problem with loudspeakers. The sound is muffled, and it's not qualified to our standard. Although we would explain,but they think we should provide the best services and the best facilities because we are Four Seasons.Sometimes we felt awkward.

As you konw, these facilities have been used for 8 years. It's too long to repair them.
