My favourite sport is run. Run is a very good sport to one's both physicality and mentality, and it can not only exercise one's body, but also be very effective to on-diet. When i was in junior high school, my weight had been 65kg, then i insistently run every day. When i was in senior high school, my weight declined to 60kg. Run is suitable to most occasions and it can be done almost at any time. It's a very simple and effetive sport. Wish you guys all love it!

My favourite sport is running. Running is a sport that makes great help for your health. It could not only exercise your body, but also be effective for losing weight. When I was in the junior high school, I have already been 65 KG. So I kept running everyday, and when I was in the high school, my weight has dropped to 60 KG. Running could be taken almost anywhere and anytime. It's a very effective sport. I hope everyone could enjoy it.
