This study "***", need to adopt New Zealand white rabbits to do animal studies, research will involve animals to be anesthetized, fixed, and heart tissue derived terms (see experimental scheme annex). The research team will strictly abide by the Declaration of Helsinki and the World Health Organization and the Council of International Organizations of Medical Sciences jointly developed the "biomedical research involving human norms of international ethics" principle, ensure the production of animal experiments to avoid undue harm, pain and discomfort, and ready to handle the program.
