刚才在淘宝买东西，用建行网银支付的时候出现了Error 404--Not Found 。

10.4.5 404 Not Found
The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.

If the server does not wish to make this information available to the client, the status code 403 (Forbidden) can be used instead. The 410 (Gone) status code SHOULD be used if the server knows, through some internally configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding address.

为持续提高我行电子银行服务能力，我行将于8月13日至8月15日对网上银行及相关系统进行升级维护。具体安排如下：
1．现金管理系统升级，8月13日19：00至23：00暂停现金管理系统主机直联客户服务，8月13日19：00至8月15日1：00暂停客户终端客户服务。
2．个人贷款系统升级，8月14日8：00至17：00暂停网上银行个人贷款服务。
3．网上银行系统升级，8月14日18：00至8月15日1：00可能影响网上银行的正常使用。
