Please understand that with the heavy rains lately that there has been some (weeks) of delay. We need action plans in place from all contractors now on how to make up for lost time. The delay on PEMB is not only due to weather but should also include lack of support when the weather was good.

David, Deng, Sara,

We need to discuss the plan going forward to keep the schedule. David has sent a new schedule to everyone and MWP should review with Client and JianLi each day. This needs to be done in to check our contractors promises.

Safety is still #1 and just because Pro Chain has delayed the project does not give them permission to work in unsafe manners. I recommend that if ANY worker that is caught doing something unsafe their contractor should receive a fine. JianLi can collect the money.

The first time a worker is caught 1,000Rmb from contractor
The second time 5,000 from worker and contractor.
Third time that worker is fired and the contractor pays 7,000. contractor.

Please give me your thoughts and or recommendations.
