Dear Headmaster，（其实我觉得Sir/Madam用得更多,不过初高中的用headmaster也行)
I'm writing to suggest we play music in canteen during the dinner time.
I think our canteen is very good for its delicious food. Besides, the environment in canteen is also wonderful. But I think it would be even better if we play music during the dinner time. Here are my reasons. First, it's widely acknowledged that light music can help our digestion. Thus, if we dine with marvellous music surround us, we will be healthier. What's more, if we play some English songs, it will not only help we students improve English, but also develop our interests to English and music. Last but not least, light music is relaxing. Beautiful tunes spinning in the air, we can relax more and have more energy in learning.
So I think we should play music during the dinner, for it's good for students. And I really hope you could consider it. Thank you for your time.
