楼主是SAP小白,乱打乱撞进了这个用SAP的公司,虽然日常使用没有问题,不过就不太熟悉SAP的系统运作。今天boss要求为新开的一个项目设置cost center。具体要求是四个小分队各用一个,然后汇总给项目经理的cost center。想请教各位SAP大神,我需要设5个cost centers吗?如果是的话,如何把四个汇总给项目经理的那一个呢?还是我应该用profit center来汇总呢?我以前是用Oracle的,WBS用惯了,不过真不知道如何在SAP里怎么弄了。谢谢大家!

Agree with Wen Yu to use internal orders and settle to cost centres.If you have project accounting in place, the best is to use wbs to track the costs. I guess you can set settlement rules to do whatever you want.You need to check with your SAP IT team to see if these options are available to you. You can use cost centres to track costs also,but i can foresee some assessment and reporting issues.(you may not be able to post cgs using cost centre)Again,ask your FI analyst. 查看更多答案>>
