究竟什么是男女平等？西方社会有一个家喻户晓的定义，即男女平等是指男女人格、价值和尊严的平等。中国几千年来根深蒂固的男尊女卑思想，让大家都觉得“女人”这个词意味着弱者。即使在进入二十一世纪的今天，女人在很多领域仍受到不同程度的性别歧视，始终无法同男人站在同一起跑线上。现在女性应该自信自强，不断提高自己素质，增强在当今社会上的适应能力和竞争能力，用行动表明“女人不是弱者”。

however, the hard-rooted chinese traditional that man is superior than woman made us feel that women were always the weak class.
