A healthy diet is very important for me.I need lots of energy to study.It's very easy for me to get tired when I study.I need to keep fit.I seldom eat sweet snacks like hamburgers,sweets or drink Coke between meals.There is too much suger in them.They give me energy,but they are not healthy.I usually have fruit and vegetables because I want to be healthy.I always eat noodles for breakfast and I often drink some milk and eat some bread.I eat lunch everyday.For dinner,I usually have bread and vegetables.After dinner,I sometimes have an apple or some watermelon.
