　　My favourite day
　　In order to complete the task of social practice given by my teacher,I decided to be a volunteer to help clean up the City Park on lsat Sunday.In the morning on that day,I got up early,after the breakfast,I started to go to the park with a besom,a barrel and a dish cloth.When I got to the park,I couldn't believe that there were too much rubbish in the park,so I decided to sweep the fround first.After two-hour sweep,I had a rest.Then I started to clean the railings made of Avional,thank to they were not too dirty,I finishing it in an hour.In the afternoon,I began to clean up the rest room which seem to be a task that can not be complete.It's my favourite day in my life.
　　为了完成社会实践的任务，我老师给我的，我决定做一名志愿者帮助清理城市公园在LSAT星期日。在早晨的那一天，我早早起床，早餐后，我开始用扫把去公园、桶、抹布当我到了公园，我不认为有太多的垃圾在公园里，所以我决定把发现第一。后两小时打扫，我休息了。然后我开始清理由铝合金栏杆，感谢他们不是太脏，我整理在一个小时。在下午，我开始清理房间休息，似乎是一个无法完成的任务。
　　After a day's hard work,I felt very tired,however,I was still happy that I could do something for society.
　　经过一天的辛苦工作，我感到很累，但是，我仍然感到高兴，我可以为社会做一些事情。这是我生活中最喜欢的一天。
