If we need to supply friction shims identical to mass production parts, we need to get an order for a stamping tool and an order for at least one production batch (12,000 pcs) as stated in our offer 1367-MS8874 of March 31, 2010.

For the various prototype and pre-production stages we usually offer lower quantities of laser-cut parts. The coating process and the functionality of these parts is identical to the mass production parts, only the base part is produced with laser cutting instead of stamping. Laser cutting is more expensive for the individual part, but does not require investment for a stamping tool.
