我是执行了这两条sql语句，都是存入文本数据，但是第一条能够存进去，而第二条就出现乱码报错，是怎么回事呢？

没有差异啊，我是把文本存在两个表中，但是这两张表是外键关联的。

这是两张表的结构，关联的字段是sentid，在网上查了，也没找到原因，这种情况，您知道原因吗？

不知道，我建议你先在日志里面把对应的值输出，然后拼接sql，两条sql一起执行，看提示错误。
