想知道A错在哪里，而且B不是所有格么？貌似应该首先排除的说。。
补充一下，上面打错了。C是所有格。。正确答案是C

抽象名词phenomenon\prediction\result\report等等后面都用that从句（同位语从句）修饰，这是GMAT常考点之一

A选项，没有采用同位语从句而是采用复杂的后置定语形式，这点不如B好；另外，caused by human beings in burning ff 这句话的逻辑是这种现象是由人类的burning ff行为造成的 ，重点成了人类，且in doing这种形式表达从属、目的的逻辑关系时都不清晰（也是常考点），由句意此处的逻辑应该是这种现象是由ff的燃烧造成的 重点是burn ff

OK~~那么说C 这是sb's doing这种用法，相当于一个整体的名词 不是所有格sth of sb's

其实我又想了想 C这里that的用法跟常见的a report/phenomenon that+句子同位语从句略有些不同，或许理解成此处的that most scientists agree作为整体，相当于一个主语从句？然后修饰前面的phenomenon~~
C的意思、修饰的位置都很准确，只是要从成分上说的话。。。唉我也说不太详细

anyway，要我做这道题肯定排除法，DE先排了，然后直接看有that从句的选项，B是错了，那个most scientists agree直接放在p后面是错的，不能作为后置定语修饰 后置定语只能是-ed/doing这样的动词结构吧不能是原形
