1.黄眼恶魔Azazel会在第六季回归《邪恶力量》，而且首集就会出现。
2.科林·内美克（Corin Nemec）将扮演温彻斯特兄弟的表哥Christian Campbell。
3.恶魔大叔克劳利(Crowley)不打算把Bobby的灵魂还给他，而Bobby会让他后悔做这个决定。
4.被Gabriel以生命换回的印度教女神Kali以及天启四骑士都会回归。
5.故事新的主线是天堂、地狱、人间都失去秩序，处于无管制状态。
6.故事开始于Dean退休，跟Lisa生活在一起，但他对他的弟弟始终无法释怀。 7.萨姆逃出地狱后，不愿打扰迪恩的正常生活，但他在继续打猎的过程中发现了一些东西，不得不把迪恩找回来重新上路。但当迪恩再次回到猎鬼生活的时候，才发现一切和他离开时完全不一样了。
