昨晚大白发完文章，就有一位小伙伴留言问，别人对我说“I'm sorry”，我该怎么回答才算地道呢？个人觉得这是一个非常严肃且有趣的问题，所以归纳一下分享给大家。

第一种情况:
如果今天恰好是你生日，但是你的好朋友忘记了，突然想起来的他可能会对你说：
“I'm sorry,I forgot your birthday”
面对这种情况的道歉，你可以回：
“It's OK”或者“That's OK”

第二种情况：
我们幻想这样一种场景，周一你跟好朋友约好要下班一起吃饭，你在餐厅等了她半个小时还没来，一个小时过去了，朋友出现了，对你说了一声：
“I'm sorry I'm late，I had a few things to take care of at work and it was hard for me to get here on time.”
You could respond by saying,"Hey,it happens!"
这个回答能立马缓解朋友心中的对你的歉意，并向对方表明，你原谅他的迟到了，因为你知道对方也不是故意想迟到的对吧！
第三种情况：
幻想一下，你的车子因为出现了一些毛病，正开到汽车修理厂准备修理，这时汽车修理员告诉你，你可能需要等上5个小时。这时汽车修理员可能会对你说：
“We're sorry you car isn't going to be done until five.”
面对此种情况的道歉，你最好的回答就是：
“That's no problem！”or“That's not a problem！”

第四种情况：
当你的朋友想借你的车用一用，你答应了，但是等到他还你车的时候，说：
“Hey，thank you so much for letting me borrow your car，but I'm so sorry I forgot to put a little bit of gas in the gas tank.”
面对如此友好的歉意，你最好的回答就是：
“Hey， it's cool！”
第五种情况：
还是你的朋友，他向你借你的手机用一用，但不小心把比手机屏幕摔碎了，正好这部手机又是你用了好几年的，想换了。面对道歉：
“I'm so sorry，I dropped your phone on the ground and broke it！”
你可以回答：
Don't worry about it,I was going to buy a new one next week anyways.
或者你还可以用“No worries”来回应。
“Ah，no worries，I was going to buy a new one next week anyways.”
